"Ex-cat" is not in the Monty Python sense. Last I saw him, Blixa was still alive, although that was in 2000. This cat was acquired when my then-boyfriend/roommate phoned me one time when I was at my parents' over Christmas to say this stray hungry cold kitty had showed up and couldn't we please please keep him (in a nutshell).
